While there are some moments where it loses its nerve towards the end, the nightmarish journey is an undeniably unique one in how it occasionally becomes rather profound when you least expect it. It is all very grim and often gruesome, making for an unsettling experience that is finely tuned to create a maximum sense of suffocating fear.
